Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Expo 2020 Dubai Higher Committee, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of Emirates Group, laying the foundations for the architectural centrepiece. The ceremony was also attended by members of the Expo 2020 Dubai Higher Committee including H.E.
