    COVID-19 safety measures

    We want to make sure that your visit is enjoyable and safe. To ensure this, we have implemented a number of precautionary measures across the site.
    Before coming to Expo Please do not visit Expo 2020 if you are suffering from any health symptoms associated with COVID-19, if you have been in close contact with an individual confirmed as COVID-19 positive, or are under any quarantine/self-quarantine orders.

    Entry requirements for visitors ages 18 and above


    If you are vaccinated

    You must present proof of at least one dose of any COVID vaccine recognised by any Expo 2020 participating country or the World Health Organisation (WHO).

    If you are unvaccinated

    You must present a negative PCR test certificate for a test conducted within the last 72 hours.

    Please take the PCR test at least one day before your visit to Expo as results will take up to 10 hours. You will not be allowed into the site without a negative PCR test result.


    Eligible for a free PCR test

    Unvaccinated visitors who are over 18 and hold the following ticket types are eligible for a free PCR test at the DHA Expo 2020 Testing Facility:

    • 1-Day Ticket - 1 free RT-PCR test
    • Multi-Day Pass - maximum of 3 free RT-PCR tests
    • Season Pass Finale - 1 free RT-PCR test

    Not eligible for a free PCR test

    The following visitors are not eligible for a free PCR test:

    • Visitors who are fully vaccinated or partially vaccinated (one dose)
    • Visitors with a Season Pass, including Jubilee Experience, Premium Experience and Family Package
